Week 1.

Hey y'all welcome back to my journey. It's a new year and there is a lot to be grateful for.There is an opportunity to start fresh , new energy, new goals and all the goody goods.  I am so glad to be back at school. This years I set goals but unlike the past years I am working hard on accomplishing them one day at a time. I am going to do my best to make it through most of them. I haven't heard from all the other ambassadors since we got back from break but I hope everyone is doing okay. I cannot wait to see everyone at our meeting on the 26th of the month. I am excited that we started training for our SOC position Iast week. It was amazing to get to know more about the amazing people I will be working with throughout the year. I am really grateful for my team. So far we are just learning the basics and our expectations. Soon we will begin handling tasks and other SOC related assignment.We have met twice so far and it was good. I also got to work the welcome desk on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I like that I'm able to get a head start on my hours so that I can be able to keep up with the hectic weeks as they approach. I have never taken 18 credits before so I have a lot on my plate semester....like a lot and I am doing a lot better already than last semester so far!. Since I have been implementing the use of my planner I have been able to complete tasks as they come. Its just the beginning though but I am really hoping I can stick with the drive I have this year and make it through. I am excited about this new adventure and aspect of my journey as a SA/SOC and I cannot wait to see how it unfolds. I plan on staying positive and confident in myself and my ability to succeed. I can do this and so can you!. Wishing everyone the very best this semester and be Happy!
