Week 2.

It has been a refreshing second week. My classes are in order and I am getting the hang of things. I also am enjoying the first two weeks of relaxation before we start first exams and projects for all my classes. I enjoyed MLK day just relaxing at home. This week has been eventful as we had a new president Inauguration.  I had quizzes throughout the week and some of my classes have a lot of reading to cover. I was able to get an assignment during our SOC meeting this week  and I am excited to start working on that as well. I worked the welcome desk on Tuesday and I was a little late but Stephanie covered for me which was really nice. I met with Chris on Tuesday and we had a good conversation about leader ship and personal goals. I worked the welcome desk on Wednesday as well.

I met Dr Tracy Davis for the BHM planning. I will be hosting a kahoot game as one of the scheduled events and I discussed it with her. I also joined their weekly meeting on Friday to see the updates and advancements they have for Black history month. I hope I can get ambassadors to invite a lot of people to join that way we can have successful events throughout the month. I can't wait to see everyone on Tuesday.
